Asado BBQ Sun 5 May
Join us for a South American style soirée with a 3 course wood-fired Asado BBQ luncheon, in the picturesque riverside Lawn Bar. Cost $65pp - 2 hour seating. Payment at time of booking and is refundable if cancelled up to 3 days prior.
Immerse yourself in a feast for the senses as we showcase the finest Tweed Valley produce slow-cooked over a wood-fired Asado. Savour succulent beef short ribs, Australian scallops, wild-caught fish, farm vegetables, served with garden salad, fries and a sweet finale of grilled pineapple with lavender, chilli & mascarpone. A relaxed and casual Sunday afternoon soirée of eating amidst nature's beauty.
